You have several options for becoming a Private Weigh-In Location

• Automatically enter every employee's registration form into a Google Docs form

      If you choose this option, then we will provide you with access to the online form

​

                OR

​

• Receive a blank LUET spreadsheet and keep a record of everyone who registers with you

• You would send your completed spreadsheet to us, while also keeping all hard copies until May

​

               BUT

​

• EVERY entrant of Lighten Up East Texas MUST complete a physical copy of the registration form  The registration form is available in English and in Spanish, and will become provided to you when you click below are officially become listed as a 2020 LUET Public Weighing Location.

The "Weigh-In Period" ends on January 31st, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

​

All registration forms must be entered no later than Friday, February 7, 2020.
