The 8th year of Lighten Up East Texas will feature the annual "Weigh-In Period" that will open on Satuday January 6th and will remain open through Wednesday January 31st, 2024.

The 2024 "Weigh-In Period" will open at our inaugural Fit City Tyler Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, January 6th at the W.T. Brookshire Rose Conference Center in Tyler.

All weighing locations will then be made available for entry starting on Monday January 8th.

​

Anyone in East Texas can enter at any weighing location but the last day to register is January 31st.

​

Every person who enters in January 2024 will need to have their weight taken during our "Weigh-Out" Week, and return to your weighing location between Monday, April 29th through Friday, May 3rd, 2024.

​

Entrants who have lost at least 5% of their registered starting weight by May 3rd, 2024, will become entered into our Grand Prize Drawings scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2024.
